What is my FTP Address?

Your FTP address or hostname will typically be: ftp.your-domain-name.ie (replacing your domain name as appropriate).

If you are transferring your website from another provider and have not yet updated the DNS on your domain, then please refer to your "Welcome Email" where the IP address of your new hosting server will be listed. When connecting via FTP before a DNS change, please use this IP address to access your account.

Within the welcome email, you will also find your FTP username and FTP password.

If you require further information/assistance on this, please Open a Ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
