Does my hosting account support SFTP?

On our shared hosting accounts (Starter, WordPress, Business and Enterprise hosting packages), we do not support SFTP.

You can connect to your hosting account via FTP to transfer website files to/from your account.

Should you require SFTP access to your hosting account, you would need to upgrade to a VPS hosting server. For more information on this, please feel free to get in touch with our Sales Department.
