To change the package for a cPanel account, please follow the below steps:
First, you will need to log into your WHM, you can access this from your client area.
- Click on Services > My Services to list your reseller package
- Click on the green Active sign to the right of the reseller package and then on Login to WHM under the Actions menu on the left. This will open a new tab with your WHM
- On the top right, use the search box to find "List account"
- From the list of cPanel accounts, click the + plus icon button on the left-hand side of the domain name for the specific cPanel account you would like to change the package of
- Under actions, select ‘Change Plan’
- Choose a package you would like to assign to the cPanel Account and click ‘Upgrade/Downgrade’
Note: You can only assign packages highlighted in green. Packages highlighted in red will push the reseller package beyond its resource limits.
