How to create a new cPanel account in your reseller

With your reseller account, you have the ability to create individual cPanel accounts for your clients. To do this, you will need to log in to your Web Host Manager (WHM) - please see the following steps:

  1. First, you will need to log in to your LetsHost client area and then log in to your WHM (Web Host Manager) from there
  2. Once logged in to your client area, click on Services > My Services to list your reseller package.
  3. Click on the green Active sign to the right of the reseller package and then on Login to WHM under the Actions menu on the left. This will open a new tab with your WHM
  4. Click the icon for Account Functions > Create a New Account
  5. Fill in the short form on the next screen to create the cPanel account

N.B - Can't create a new account (Quota Exceeded)
You will be unable to create any new cPanel accounts if any of the account limits have been exceeded.
When this happens, you will need to Edit a Package for an existing account and lower the bandwidth/disk usage to allow for the new account.

If you require further information/assistance on this, please Open a Ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
