How to use calendars in Roundcube webmail

Calendars are a useful feature of Roundcube, allowing you to create and manage calendar events.

This tutorial assumes you have logged into Roundcube. If you need further assistance in how to login to Roundcube, please see the following for more information: How to login to Webmail

To create a calendar event:
On the navigation bar on the left hand side, click the Calendar icon.
Click on a block for the Time and Date of the even in the Calendar view
Enter any relevant information you would like to include about the event
Select Save

To amend/modify an existing event:
Open Roundcube's Calendar view
Select an existing event
Select Edit
Make any necessary amendments
Once amendments have been made, select Save

Further customisable options are available for Recurrence (if you would like an event to repeat, and how often), Participants, and Attachments. These options can be configured when creating a new event or modifying an existing one. 

To customise Recurrence options:
Create / Edit a Calendar Event
Select the Recurrence tab
Select the option to the right of the Repeat title to display repeat options
Select the relevant option for your event
Select Save to save any changes

To customise Participants options:
Create / Edit a Calendar Event
Select the Participants tab
Enter the participants email address to the left of the Add Participant option, and select Add Participant
Select Save to save any changes

To customise Attachments options:
Create / Edit a Calendar Event
Select the Attachments tab,
Select Attach a File, then select the file you would like to attach
Select Save to save any changes
