If you get the above error when you try to publish your website designed in the Weebly website builder, that means there is an issue with your Weebly account connecting in to your hosting account to publish the website content online.
If you have a hosting account (or are not sure if you have one), please open a ticket via your client area with the following:
Subject: [your domain name]
Body: “I am getting the ‘There was an error publishing your site. The publishing credentials are not valid. Please contact support.’ error when trying to publish my Weebly site”
