How do I access my cPanel control panel?

There are two ways to access the control panel for your hosting account. One is by using a direct login URL and the other is via your client area. We would generally recommend accessing the cPanel via your client area, but there are times when using the direct login URL would be better. For example, if you want your website designer to access your hosting account to work on your website, but you do not want to give them access to your client/billing area.

To access the cPanel via your client area, see the following:

  1. You can log in to your client area by clicking here

  2. Once in your client area, click on Services > My Services

  3. You will see your products/services listed out here. Click on Manage beside your hosting package

  4. On the left, click on the link Login to cPanel

To access your cPanel control panel directly, you would typically go to http://www.your-domain.com/cpanel (replacing 'your-domain.com' with your actual domain name). To log in this way, please ensure your domain name is fully registered and pointing to your hosting account.

If you require further information/assistance on this, please Open a Ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
