I've Lost Access To My LetsHost Account - What Can I Do?

To manage your LetsHost account, this can be done via your LetsHost Client Area.

The email address to log in to your client area is most likely the email address to which you receive general account emails from LetsHost. If you do not know your client area password, you can reset it via the Forgot Password link.

If you are unable to regain access to your client area, please contact our Billing Department by Open a Ticket and explaining your situation and/or what you need changed.

Our Billing staff will then start the 'account recovery process' with you. As part of this process, you will be asked to provide specific pieces of information which will allow us to verify your identity and authority on the account.
