How to edit the DNS for domains on my reseller account?

Making DNS changes to domains hosted under your reseller account can be done via the WHM control panel. Please see the below step-by-step:

  1. Log in to your LetsHost client area
  2. Click on Services > My Services
  3. Click on Manage to the right of the reseller package and then on 'Login to WHM' under the Overview menu on the left
  4. Navigate to the "DNS Zone Manager" using the search box in the top right of WHM
  5. Click 'Manage' next to the domain you are looking to update
  6. You can edit and add DNS records from here, be very careful as mistakes in the DNS configuration can disrupt site/email functionality

To ensure these DNS records take effect, please make sure you are using the nameservers ns5.dnsireland.com, ns6.dnsireland.com and ns7.dnsireland.ie. You can check this in your LetsHost client area (Domains > My Domains > Active beside domain > Nameservers).

If you require further information/assistance on this, please Open a Ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
