How do I clear the browser cache in Microsoft Internet Explorer

Similar to your PCs DNS cache, your internet browser keeps a cache of DNS records so that it can more efficiently find and load a website which has already been visited. If a website has recently been moved to a different server, you might see the old website for a while when you try to visit it.

Flushing your browsers DNS cache can help to load the most up-to-date version of the website. Please see the following steps to flush Internet Explorers browser cache:

  1. Click the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click Safety
  3. Click Delete Browsing History
  4. Ensure that Temporary internet files, History and Cookies and Website data are ticked
  5. Click Delete

If you require further information/assistance on this, please submit a ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
