Setting up your domain with Google Workspace (Gsuite)

If you are hosting your email with Google/Google Workspace (Gsuite), you will need to manually edit the DNS of your domain to connect the two. This is done by changing your domains Mail Exchanger (MX) records to the following (priority in brackets):

ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (1)
ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (5)
ALT2.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (5)
ALT3.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (10)
ALT4.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM (10)

If your domain is pointing to a hosting account with LetsHost, you will need to update the DNS record via your cPanel account. For instructions on how to do this, please click here.

If your domain is using the nameservers ns9.dnsireland.com and ns10.dnsireland.com, you will need to update the DNS record via your client area. For instructions on how to do this, please click here.

If you require further information to any the above, please submit a ticket via your client area and a member of the team will be happy to advise.
