How do I access the Inbound Anti-Spam Filter?

A "spam filter" is a service which can detect unsolicited and unwanted emails. It can then act to prevent those messages from getting to an email user's inbox. Built into our shared hosting accounts, there is a free spam filter which will help reduce the number of spam emails you receive.
However, if you need something more powerful/reliable, we also offer a paid-for spam filtering service (which we use for all our own systems).

To access the inbound spam filter please see the following steps:

  1. Log in to your LetsHost client area

  2. Click Services > My services on the blue navigation bar along the top of the page

  3. Click the green 'Active' button beside the Inbound Anti-Spam product

  4. Click the blue 'Log in to Panel' button

From this control panel, you can view spam detection reports, upload a spam message to train the spam filter and allowlist/denylist senders among other functions.

If you require further information/assistance on this, please  Open a Ticket and a member of the team will be happy to assist further.
