Transferring domain to another LetsHost account

If you are looking to transfer the billing of a domain name from your own account in to someone else’s account (or vice versa), you should not place an order on our website for a domain transfer. Instead, you should open a ticket with our Billing Department with the request.

In order for us to move this domain in to the new account, we will need two emails/tickets – one from the current account owner (‘losing’ the domain) authorising the move of the domain from their account, and one from the new account owner (‘gaining’ the domain) authorising that the domain be moved to their account.

If you have any questions on the above, please do not hesitate to 'Open a Ticket' and we will be happy to advise further.
