As per emails sent to all our customers recently, we will be increasing the cost of some of our domains and products in March 2022.
What's happening and when?
You will see an increase in the price of affected services from 3rd March 2022.
As our billing system creates proforma invoices 30 days in advance, we will be making the database changes on 1st February 2022. Despite this, any services that are due for renewal on or before 3rd March 2022 will still be billed at the current price.
If you have services due after the 3rd March 2022 and wish to take advantage of your current pricing, you can choose to renew now. Please note you will only have until 1st February 2022 to do this.
How will this affect me?
Renewals of any affected services on or after 3rd March 2022 will be charged at the new pricing. All affected domain products can be found here. For all other products and services, please see your new prices here.
Please note that any custom pricing you have in place will continue. However, the base price of several services have been reviewed and updated. This means some of your custom prices may change. Please get in touch with our Accounts Department for full details
Additionally, we will be upgrading some hosting plans with more space and increased bandwidth. If you have one of the affected services, you will see your new quotas within your Client Area after 1st February 2022.
