From 1st March, LetsHost will remove the ability to open a support ticket by sending in an email to

All support requests from 1st March onwards will need to be opened by logging in to the Customer Portal, and submitting the request there.  To access the customer portal, please go to, and select the Account Login tab at the top of the screen. Once logged in, you can review all your previous support tickets, and also open a new ticket.
