How do I change DNS on my domain?

In order to change DNS on your domain, please access our domain management tool under the support section of our website. You will require your billing username (email address) and password to access this tool.

Once logged in, please click on Domains > Managed DNS. From this screen, you will be able to create a new DNS Zone or edit an existing DNS Zone. You can create a new DNS Zone for any domain, whether it is registered through LetsHost or not. When creating a Zone, you will be asked for the domain name (leave out the 'www.' bit) and an IP address.

Once you have created a DNS Zone, you will be edit it to set specific A records, CNAME records, MX records, etc. If you are repointing your domain to another hosting provider, please ask your hosting provider as to what details you should enter in here.

Please note that any domain that uses this Managed DNS feature, must point to the following nameservers:

If you have any questions on using this Managed DNS feature, please feel free to submit a Support Ticket via your Client Area and a member of our Support Department will be happy to help.
