Roundcube will let you easily add a signature to the bottom of your emails that will automatically append to all the email you send.
This tutorial assumes you have logged into Roundcube. If you need further assistance in how to login to Roundcube, please see the following for more information: How to login to Webmail
- On the navigation bar on the left hand side, click on ‘Settings’ cog icon.
- In the settings panel, click Identities.
- Select the email address
or click Create to add a second user that can have a unique signature, for example one signature that relates to your business and a second one that has your personal details etc.
- Navigate to the ‘Signature’ section, you can add your signature details here and click save.
- For more options, such as adding images etc. click the HTML/image icon in the upper left-hand corner of the Signature box the top left, this will open up a menu with more options.
- In the toolbar, click the insert/edit image icon
- In the Insert/edit image window, click the folder icon
- Click Add image. (Image must be below max file size shown)
- Select the image file to upload. (Must be JPEG or GIF format)
- In the bottom right-hand corner, click Close.
- In the Select filename window, click the image name.
- Enter the desired dimensions (how large the image will be in the email) for the image.
- Click OK.
- Underneath the Signature box, click Save.
- Go to Settings» Preferences» Composing Messages.
- Under the Main Options setting, in the Compose HTML messages menu, select always.
- Click Save
